Stuffed crust pizza recipe in the pizza category
Recipe ingredients:
- Dough cooked in a pizza pan
- Polly-O string cheese, or other brand
Recipe method:
- Stretch dough about one inch wider than you normally would to fit the size pan you are using.
- Place Polly-O string cheese side by side around outside perimeter of pan.
- Fold outer edge of dough towards the center and seal to bottom under the chese with fingertips, encasing the cheese with the dough.
- Inspect to see there are no tears in the lip.
- Sauce, cheese, top and cook as a regular pizza.
