Pork chops cacciatore recipe in the pork category
Recipe ingredients:
- 6 lean pork chops
- 1 envelope dry spaghetti sauce mix
- 1, 15 ounces, can tomatoes, crushed
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 green bell pepper
Recipe method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
- Brown pork chops. Place into prepared baking dish.
- Mix dry spaghetti sauce mix, tomatoes and brown sugar. Pour over the chops.
- Cut the green pepper into large rings and place over top of each chop.
- Cover and bake for 60 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
