 Orange marmalade pork chops recipe in the pork category

 Recipe ingredients:

  • 6, 4 ounces, pork chops, about 3/4 inch thick
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

 Recipe method:

  • Sprinkle pork chops lightly with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour.
  • Heat oil in a heavy skillet. Brown pork chops on both sides.
  • Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour over pork chops.
  • Cover, reduce heat and simmer 40 to 45 minutes.
