Orange marmalade pork chops recipe in the pork category
Recipe ingredients:
- 6, 4 ounces, pork chops, about 3/4 inch thick
- Salt and pepper to taste
- All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Recipe method:
- Sprinkle pork chops lightly with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour.
- Heat oil in a heavy skillet. Brown pork chops on both sides.
- Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour over pork chops.
- Cover, reduce heat and simmer 40 to 45 minutes.
