Topped chops recipe in the pork category
Recipe ingredients:
- 4, 4 ounces, boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
- Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Chunky applesauce with cinnamon
Recipe method:
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brush chops lightly with oil and brown on both sides, turning once, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Sprinkle pepper over the chops.
- Add broth, lemon juice and chunky applesauce with cinnamon.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
