Clam loaf
Clam loaf recipe in the seafood category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1 can clams, minced
- 1 or 2 eggs
- 1 pound ground pork sausage
- 1 cup soda cracker crumbs
- Salt and pepper
Recipe method:
- Drain clams, then mince.
- Form all ingredients into a loaf and bake in a loaf pan for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
- Serve hot or cold.
