Clams italiano recipe in the seafood category
Recipe ingredients:
- 2 dozen littleneck clams
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup bottled marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
Recipe method:
- Scrub clams well under cold running water.
- Place in microwave-safe dish with wine.
- Microwave on high 3 to 5 minutes until shells open.
- Discard any unopened clams.
- Meanwhile, combine marinara, parsley and scallions.
- Spoon over clams.
- Microwave on medium-high for 2 minutes.
