Crabmeat bisque
Crabmeat bisque recipe in the soup category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 3 or 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 soup cans milk
- 2 pounds claw crab meat
Recipe method:
- Melt butter and saute onions in it.
- Add tomato soup, mushroom soup and milk.
- Heat until well mixed.
- Add crab meat and serve.
- This freezes well.
