Lone star steak sauce recipe in the texmex category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Salt to taste
Recipe method:
- Combine all ingredients, heat until butter melts.
- Broiler juices may be added.
- Serve with steak.
