Southern style pecan fudge
Southern style pecan fudge recipe in the texmex category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1 lb. confectioner sugar
- 6 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Recipe method:
- In a medium saucepan, heat sugar, butter, cocoa, milk, vanilla and salt over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in nuts. Spread mixture quickly in buttered 9 x 5 loaf pan.
- Cool. Cut into squares.
