Ghee clarified butter recipe


 Recipe for ghee clarified butter in the vegetarian recipes category

 Recipe ingredients:

  • 1 pound unsalted butter

 Recipe method:

  • Heat the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until all the white residue turns golden and settles at the bottom.
  • Remove from the heat, strain and cool.
  • Pour into an airtight bottle and store in a cool place.
  • Makes about 2 cups.
