Recipe ingredients:
- 1 pound unsalted butter
Recipe method:
- Heat the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until all the white residue turns golden and settles at the bottom.
- Remove from the heat, strain and cool.
- Pour into an airtight bottle and store in a cool place.
- Makes about 2 cups.
