Zucchini bread
Zucchini bread recipe in the zucchini category
Recipe ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups zucchini, grated
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
Recipe method:
- Beat eggs and add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Mix well.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Turn into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
- Chopped nuts may be added.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
