Zucchini cookies
Zucchini cookies recipe in the zucchini category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar or 1/2 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup zucchini, grated
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
Recipe method:
- Cream margarine and sugar or honey. Beat in egg.
- Add dry ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in zucchini, raisins and nuts.
- Chill dough and drop teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
