Corn zucchini medley
Corn zucchini medley recipe in the zucchini category
Recipe ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sweet cream butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 large zucchini, thinly sliced
- 2 cans, 12 ounces each, golden whole kernel corn with sweet peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
Recipe method:
- In large skillet melt butter.
- Add onion, garlic and zucchini.
- Saute until zucchini is tender.
- Stir in corn and dill weed.
- Heat through.
