Couscous with zucchini
Couscous with zucchini recipe in the zucchini category
Recipe ingredients:
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 1/2 cups couscous
- 1 zucchini, 4 ounces, shredded
Recipe method:
- In saucepan, bring stock to boil.
- Stir in couscous and zucchini.
- Cover and remove from heat.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Fluff with fork.
